  1. Prepare 3/4 cup of plums puree.
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of sugar.
  3. Provide 1 tbsp of ghee.
  4. You need 1/4 cup of chopped dryfruits.
  5. Prepare 3/4 cup of Suji.
  6. Get 1/4 cup of ghee.
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup of Sugar.

  10. Prepare 1 &1/2-cup of milk.
  11. Use as needed of Plum slices & dryfruits for garnishing.

  1. Heat a pan add 1-tbsp ghee and add plums puree cook till colour changes add 2-tbsp sugar mix well stir continuously until thick add dryfruits mix it turn off gas & keep aside..
  2. Similarly heat a pan add 1/4- ghee,when ghee melts add suji and roast till turns light pink now add milk and stir continuously until thickens add sugar, dryfruits & prepared Plum mixture mix properly and cook till ghee releases..
  3. Set in heart shaped mould garnish with plum slices and chopped dryfruits..
